These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noble Ritual website at nobleritual.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products or services from Noble Ritual ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to any service, or clicking any "I agree" or "Add to cart" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noble Ritual. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products from us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product in color, size, packaging, or presentation. Packaging, labels, and product appearance may change at any time without notice as we update our branding, sourcing, or manufacturing processes. Receiving a product with different packaging or labeling than what is shown on the Site does not constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or ground for return. If a product is materially different from its description in a way that affects its intended function, your sole remedy is described in Section 7 (Refund & Return Policy).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency for your market and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel your order and issue a refund for the incorrect amount. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

5. Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscribe & Save"). By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the recurring intervals and amounts displayed at the time of enrollment. Subscription pricing may change between billing cycles. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of price increases, but your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the then-current pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at contact@nobleritual.com. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle; no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Subscription cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prior charges. If your payment method is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and any pending shipments. Reactivating a cancelled subscription may result in different pricing or terms than your original enrollment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the countries and regions indicated at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit after handoff to the carrier. If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with such claims but are under no obligation to do so or to provide replacements or refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Refund & Return Policy

Please read this section carefully, as it defines the complete terms under which returns and refunds are considered.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible physical products, measured from the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking (not the date of purchase or the date of shipment). To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at contact@nobleritual.com within this 30-day window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Conditions for Eligibility: To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 30 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and sealed condition with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories intact. Products that have been opened, partially consumed, sampled, used, or show signs of use or tampering are not eligible for return.
  • All items received as part of a bundle, promotion, or gift-with-purchase must be returned together. Partial returns of bundle components will not be accepted. If any component of a bundle (including free gifts, promotional items, or bonus products) is missing, damaged, opened, or used, the entire order becomes ineligible for return.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, and bonus products included with your order are non-refundable and non-returnable when returned separately from the qualifying purchase.
  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your RMA number. RMA numbers expire after 14 days and cannot be reissued.
  • You must use a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, product materially defective upon arrival).

The following circumstances void the 30-day guarantee and render an order ineligible for refund:

  • Product has been opened, unsealed, sampled, partially consumed, or used in any way. Once the product seal is broken, the guarantee is void. This includes opening the product to inspect, smell, taste, or test it.
  • Product packaging differs from what is shown on the Site. As stated in Section 3, packaging, labels, and product appearance may change without notice. Receiving a product with updated, different, or previous-generation packaging does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation and is not grounds for a return or refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, flavor, texture, aroma, or personal preference. Subjective product experience is not a defect. If you have opened the product to taste or sample it, the guarantee is void per the condition above.
  • Failure to follow product usage, storage, or preparation instructions. Products must be stored and prepared according to the instructions provided. Damage, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, or contaminants, or failure to follow preparation guidelines are not covered.
  • Products purchased during promotional events, flash sales, clearance events, or with discount codes applied. All promotional and discounted sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of sale.
  • Subscription orders. Products received through a subscription are governed by Section 5 (Subscriptions). Subscription cancellation is the appropriate remedy for subscription dissatisfaction, not a return or refund of previously shipped orders. Prior subscription shipments that have been delivered are not eligible for return.
  • Digital products. Digital products, e-books, downloadable content, trackers, guides, and any electronically delivered materials are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email or account. Access occurs upon delivery; there is no trial or preview period.
  • Order placed more than 90 days ago. Regardless of delivery date, orders placed more than 90 days ago are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours. If your order arrives damaged, you must (a) photograph the damage including the outer packaging, (b) contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and (c) retain all original packaging materials. Failure to report damage within 48 hours or failure to retain packaging for inspection waives your claim for damaged goods.
  • Product purchased from an unauthorized reseller or third-party marketplace. Our guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from nobleritual.com. Products purchased from any other source, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any unauthorized retailer, are not eligible for return or refund through us.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated. If you file a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider before contacting us and allowing us reasonable time (10 business days) to resolve the issue, you forfeit all rights under this guarantee. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and to provide the payment processor with evidence of the transaction, delivery, and these Terms. Initiating a chargeback for a transaction that is governed by these Terms may constitute a breach of this agreement and we reserve the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available to us, including recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and legal fees.
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or serial returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds from customers who we reasonably believe are engaging in return fraud, return abuse, serial returning behavior, or attempts to exploit the guarantee. This includes but is not limited to: returning products that have clearly been substantially used, placing orders with the intent to return, or submitting multiple return requests across separate orders within a short period.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be reduced by (a) original shipping charges, which are non-refundable, (b) any applicable restocking fee of up to 15% of the product purchase price, and (c) the retail value of any free gifts, promotional items, or bonus products that were included with the order and are not returned in their original, unopened condition. We reserve the right to issue refunds as store credit rather than to the original payment method at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where the return is approved as a courtesy outside of the standard eligibility criteria.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original order (subject to all conditions above) and place a new order separately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, button icons, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of Noble Ritual or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Noble Ritual name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Noble Ritual. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any content on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose. You agree not to interfere with or circumvent any security features of the Site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, OR BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY HEALTH, WELLNESS, ENERGY, OR LIFESTYLE CLAIMS MADE ON THE SITE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE USING ANY DIETARY SUPPLEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOBLE RITUAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noble Ritual, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at contact@nobleritual.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Waiver of Class Action: YOU AND NOBLE RITUAL AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Noble Ritual.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy (as set forth in Section 7), constitute the entire agreement between you and Noble Ritual regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
