These terms govern your use of nobleritual.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. Who we are

Noble Ritual is a direct to consumer brand operated from California, United States. You can reach us at contact@nobleritual.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. We try hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always tell you if we do this.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be served, or where stock is unavailable.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled. Full terms, including how to cancel and how we handle price changes, are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Shipping, refunds, returns, and the 30-Day Quality Guarantee

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms. The Refund and Returns Policy sets out the Noble Ritual 30-Day Quality Guarantee, a limited warranty that covers products that arrive damaged, defective, not working or wrong, or that develop a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, on the terms and time limits in that policy. The guarantee is a quality guarantee, not a satisfaction or money-back guarantee. All sales of non-defective items are final.

6. Health, dietary supplements, and product claims

The Ritual Blend is a food product containing coffee and functional mushroom extracts. Please read this section before ordering.

• These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• This product contains caffeine. Do not use it if caffeine is unsuitable for you.
• Talk to your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or nursing, if you take prescription medication (particularly blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or diabetes medication), if you have a medical condition, or if you have a mushroom allergy.
• Individual results vary. Customer experiences described on this site are those individuals' own and are not a promise of what you will experience.
• Stop using the product and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to resell our products as though they were your own without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Noble Ritual name, logo, packaging design, photography, and written content on this site belong to us. You may not reuse them commercially without permission. Product photography on this site includes digitally created imagery used to present the product and the brand.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you give us permission to publish and reuse it in our marketing, with attribution to the first name and initial you provide. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

11. Third party services

This store runs on Shopify, takes payment through Shopify Payments and other processors, and uses a third party subscription service. Their handling of your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The Noble Ritual 30-Day Quality Guarantee is a limited warranty. Apart from that limited warranty and any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded, our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Product descriptions, photography and timings (such as brew times or battery life) are given in good faith as typical results and can vary with use, conditions and ingredients.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or enjoyment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Noble Ritual and its owners, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of this website; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of this website caused damage to a third party.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

Contact us first. If something goes wrong with an order, please email contact@nobleritual.com. By placing an order you agree to give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 5 business days) to resolve the issue directly before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, and to try to resolve any other dispute informally with us for at least 30 days before starting any formal proceeding. We keep order, payment, delivery and correspondence records and may share them with your card provider or payment processor to respond to a dispute.

Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

Venue. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

No class actions. To the fullest extent the law allows, you and Noble Ritual agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action, and you waive any right to take part in a class action against Noble Ritual.

Nothing in this section prevents you from using any right you have by law that cannot be waived.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy (including the Noble Ritual 30-Day Quality Guarantee), Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Noble Ritual about your use of this website and your purchases, and they replace all earlier versions, agreements and understandings, including any earlier refund or terms pages on this website.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
