Questions
Will it fit my shower?
It has a 1/2 inch connector, the size most shower arms use. Check that the threaded end of your shower arm is about half an inch across before you order.
What filters the water?
Two media, PP fiber and activated carbon fiber, in 3 filter elements. That is the full list.
Is it a water softener?
No. It is a filter, not a softener. It has no softening media, so your water's hardness stays what it was.
Will it help my skin or hair?
We do not promise skin or hair results, and we have no test to print. It is a showerhead with a filter in it.
Is it certified?
No. We claim no certification and print no test percentages, because we have not run any.
Will it lower my water pressure?
Any filter adds some resistance to flow. The head has three spray modes. We publish no flow number because we have not measured one.
How often do I change the filter?
It depends on your water and how often you shower. The set includes 3 filter elements. There is no refill plan, so nothing renews on its own.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. It is one purchase, with no subscription, no auto-ship and no paid add-ons at checkout.
Does it work with well water?
We make no well-water claim. PP fiber and activated carbon fiber are not softening or iron-removal media.
What if it leaks, or arrives damaged or defective?
If it drips at the connection, wrap the shower arm thread with plumber's tape and tighten by hand until snug. Over-tightening plastic threads can cause leaks.
If it arrives damaged or defective, email your order number and a photo within 30 days. We refund you in full or send a replacement, your choice.
How long is the hose?
1.5 m, about 5 feet. That lets you hold the head where you need it, instead of only where the wall arm points.
Is shipping free, and can I track it?
Shipping is free and tracked within the US.
